Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join the IR team. You’ll work directly with the VP of Investor Relations and executive leadership to shape how Procore presents its story to the investment community, building processes, data, and tools to run a best-in-class program.

You’ll manage investor engagement, earnings processes, and automation initiatives, leveraging financial modeling, analytics, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in equity research, FP&A, accounting, audit, or investment banking.

Responsibilities

Track consensus and sell-side models to flag estimate revisions and provide insights to leadership.
Lead end-to-end investor relations events including conferences and roadshows.
Analyze IR data and shareholder profiles to identify outreach targets.
Prepare executive briefing materials and Q&A documentation for meetings and earnings calls.
Monitor market dynamics and valuation multiples to explain share price drivers to leadership.
Standardize IR operations with automated reporting and data workflows using AI tools.
