Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Senior Manager, Investor Relations to lead a best-in-class IR program. You will partner with the VP IR and executive leadership to shape Procore's storytelling to the investment community.

You'll build processes, data, and tools, manage investor communications, and oversee earnings cycles. This role emphasizes financial modeling, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration across FP&A, Legal, and Corporate Communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent, with 8+ years in equity research, FP&A, accounting, or IB.
• Experience building integrated three-statement financial models (IS, BS, CF).
• Strong knowledge of valuation methods including revenue and free cash flow multiples and comps.

Responsibilities

• Track consensus and analyst models to flag revisions and provide insights to leadership.
• Manage inbound investor communications and coordinate conferences and events.
• Analyze IR CRM data and shareholder ownership to target outreach.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and Q&A docs for meetings and earnings calls.
• Monitor trading dynamics and market trends to explain share price drivers.
• Standardize IR operations and build automated data workflows using AI tools and CRM.
• Ensure adherence to Regulation FD and disclosure policies.
