Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Investor Relations to lead and optimize our IR program, partnering with the VP of Investor Relations and executive leadership to shape how Procore presents itself to the investment community.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Product teams to execute earnings processes, deliver actionable market insights, and drive IR automation using data and tools. This is a remote role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in equity research, FP&A, accounting, audit, or investment banking.
• Experience building fully integrated, three-statement financial models.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and peer comparables.

Responsibilities

• Track consensus and sell-side models to flag revisions and deliver insights to leadership.
• Manage inbound buy-side communications and coordinate conferences and events.
• Analyze IR CRM data and shareholder ownership to target investors.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and Q&A documents for meetings and earnings calls.
• Monitor trading dynamics and macro trends to explain share-price drivers.
• Standardize IR operations and build automated data workflows with AI tools.
• Maintain Regulation FD compliance across investor communications.
