Responsabilidades

• Manage and nurture an active book of business of real-estate investors.
• Understand each client's investment goals and portfolio needs.
• Match investors with off-market property opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team on inventory and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for engagement and transactions.
