Responsibilities

• Identify and support enhancements to governance oversight processes and frameworks.
• Coordinate and execute governance oversight committee meetings, including agenda development, material collection/review, logistics, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and present high-quality materials to committees and senior stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate tasks and processes.
• Own, manage, and support projects requiring quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Help drive project execution and ensure adherence to frameworks and timelines.
• Build and leverage broad expertise of the Wealth Management business.
• Support requests from internal audit, controls testing, and external regulators.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate information flow between teams to drive alignment and collaboration.
• Maintain documentation and reporting standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
