Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate/VP to support governance processes, committee operations, and strategic initiatives within the Wealth Management Investments Governance team.

You will liaison between WM Investments Governance and key business partners, driving enhancements to oversight frameworks and ensuring timely committee execution. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, developing agendas, preparing executive materials, and identifying opportunities to streamline tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years in governance, fiduciary oversight, program management, finance, or business management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with experience in executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify and enhance governance oversight processes and frameworks.
• Coordinate and execute governance committee meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
• Prepare high-quality materials for committees and senior stakeholders.
• Drive process automation and project execution within established frameworks.
• Build expertise across WM Investments and coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Controls.
