Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• 4 years of experience handling large volumes of data.
• Proven experience in Technology Investment Governance.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to articulate complex investment narratives clearly.
• Experience with financial controls and alignment processes.
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools (Databricks SQL, Tableau, QlikSense).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who seeks improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of investment governance.
• Articulate multi-year technology investment narrative for decisions.
• Align governance activities with Digital & Platform Services OKRs.
• Perform financial analysis and ensure alignment with control numbers.
• Serve as point of contact for Benefits review, Hygiene issues, forecasts, and planning.
• Guide users on Digital & Platform Services processes using in-house tools.
• Address ad-hoc queries from senior stakeholders with Line of Business teams.
