JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking an Associate/VP for Wealth Management Investments Governance to support oversight of investment products, trade practices, and fiduciary duties.

You will liaise with key partners, drive enhancements to governance frameworks, and manage committee activities, with opportunities to streamline processes and deliver executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in governance, fiduciary oversight, program management, finance, or business management.
• Agile team player with ability to manage multiple priorities with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prepare executive materials.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support enhancements to investment, trade practice, and fiduciary governance oversight processes and frameworks.
• Coordinate and execute governance oversight committee meetings – including agenda development, material collection and review, logistics management, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and present high-quality materials to committees and senior stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate tasks and processes.
• Own, manage, and support projects and ad-hoc requests requiring quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Help drive project execution within established frameworks and timelines.
• Build and leverage broad expertise of the Wealth Management business.
• Support requests from internal audit, controls testing, and external regulators.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate information flow between teams to drive alignment and collaboration.
• Maintain documentation and reporting standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
