Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate/VP in Commercial Strategy & Growth within Wealth Management Managed Investments.

The role focuses on coordinating strategic priorities, driving innovation, and delivering new capabilities to improve advisor and client outcomes. You will partner with senior leadership to advance the Office of Portfolio Construction, shape growth strategy, and build executive dashboards and reporting frameworks to inform decision-making across Investments,

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, financial services, strategy, consulting, business management, or related fields.
Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong ability to translate business objectives into execution plans and craft executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate strategic priorities across Investments, Product, Technology, Platform, Quant and Distribution.
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and adoption of initiatives.
Lead governance and executive updates to senior leadership and resolve obstacles.
Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency and accelerate innovation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure prioritized initiatives are delivered on time.
