• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in governance, fiduciary oversight, or program management is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to prepare executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support enhancements to governance oversight processes and frameworks.
• Coordinate and execute governance committee meetings, including agenda development and follow-ups.
• Prepare materials for committees and senior stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline tasks and automate workflows.
• Own and support projects requiring quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Drive project execution and ensure adherence to frameworks and timelines.
• Build expertise across Wealth Management and related teams.
• Support audits, controls testing, and regulator requests.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to drive alignment and collaboration.
