Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, financial services, strategy, consulting, business management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and wealth management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the Office of Portfolio Construction and drive strategic priorities across multiple teams.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with transparency and accountability against business objectives.
• Partner with Product and Technology to define and deliver strategic capabilities for portfolio construction.
• Develop initiative roadmaps, milestones, and progress reporting.
• Lead governance processes and prepare executive updates and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
