Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Progressive experience in inventory or supply planning across multiple locations.
• Experience directing inventory across locations and product lines.
• Strong data-driven decision making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory and position management with focus on availability, allocation, and utilization.
• Coordinate domestic and foreign hop-position management and PO oversight.
• Provide inventory input to purchasing timing and strategy with VP approval.
• Maintain sales price lists and gross margin variables.
• Oversee ERP setups for inventory behavior and position management.
• Lead annual brewery hop-selection and harvest scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with pesticide-application records and export requirements.
• Contribute to Sales and Operations Planning alignment.
