The role requires directing inventory planning across locations and products, resolving complex challenges, and partnering with the VP of Supply Chain to execute strategies and initiatives. Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with progressive inventory or supply planning experience.
• Experience directing inventory across locations and product lines.
• Ability to defend decisions with data and communicate to senior leaders.
• Experience leading a team and influencing cross-functional peers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory and position management with accountability for availability and allocation.
• Direct domestic/foreign hop-position management and PO oversight.
• Oversee sales price list, margins, and forecasting tools.
• Ensure ERP records accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide cross-functional S&OP alignment and inventory feedback to leadership.
