Job summary

Cascadia IFT seeks a Director of Inventory and Supply Planning in Yakima, WA to lead the hops inventory function, ensure availability, allocation, and regulatory compliance, and partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to optimize service and profitability.

You will set priorities, resolve complex stock challenges, direct multi-location planning, and drive cross‑functional S&OP processes while aligning with the VP of Supply Chain on strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Progressive experience in inventory, materials, or supply planning.
• Experience directing inventory across locations and product lines.
• Ability to make and defend decisions from incomplete data.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience.
• Willingness to travel during harvest.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory and position management across locations and product lines.
• Oversee domestic and foreign hop-position management and PO oversight.
• Provide inventory inputs to purchasing timing and trading strategy.
• Oversee maintenance of the sales price list and gross-margin variables.
• Coordinate S&OP alignment and cross-functional planning.
