Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering and at least 5 years in operational procurement.
• Knowledge of industrial, medical, and specialty gas cylinders; bulk, cryogenic gases a plus.
• Influential leadership and strategic sourcing capabilities.
• Results oriented reporting to different levels of the organization.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Forecast inventory and purchase EOQ quantities to maximize turns and service levels.
• Maintain price lists and verify PO pricing for accuracy.
• Manage VMI programs and regional supplier relationships.
• Provide training to location personnel on inventory processes.
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies and support strategic sourcing.
