Job summary

Radwell International is seeking an Inventory Manager to own governance of inventory across its global network. You will lead policy, safety stock, replenishment, segmentation, and optimization initiatives to support service levels and working capital goals.

Reporting to the Planning & Inventory Management Director, you will collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Distribution, and Production to drive performance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, business, finance, operations or related field.
• 4–7 years of inventory management, inventory analysis, or related experience.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple locations preferred.
• International supply chain experience is a plus.
• Experience with inventory planning software such as Slimstock, SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory policies across all stocking locations.
• Establish safety stock levels, reorder points, min/max parameters, and service level targets.
• Develop and maintain inventory segmentation frameworks including ABC/XYZ classifications.
• Continuously review inventory parameters based on demand patterns and priorities.
• Partner with Demand Planning to align outputs with inventory objectives.
• Support multi-echelon inventory strategies across domestic and international operations.
• Conduct inventory health reviews across locations and units.
• Monitor inventory turns, days on hand, coverage, and value performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor inventory record accuracy and support corrective actions.
• Develop inventory reporting and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
• Lead identification and management of excess/obsolete inventory.
• Develop disposition strategies to maximize recovery value.
• Collaborate with Finance on reserves and write-downs.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement inventory management technologies.
