Job summary

Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc. is seeking an Asset Coordinator to manage and maintain records for company-owned cryogenic assets, coordinate asset availability, and support project planning.

You will audit sites, ensure proper asset assignment, and work with project management and suppliers to maximize utilization. You will track inventory, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with industry standards, while collaborating with operations teams and service managers to meet

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, asset management, logistics, operations coordination, or project support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory records for used bulk tanks, vaporizers, manifolds, and related equipment.
• Data Integrity: conduct physical site audits and data audits to ensure records are accurate.
• Inventory Control: Ensure all inventory transactions are documented and updated in company systems.
• Compliance management: Ensure equipment meets industry and company standards.
• Asset Utilization: Monitor inventory levels and identify surplus and idle equipment for new installations.
• Asset Allocation: Work with the Project Team to assign assets to upcoming customer installations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
