Internal Job Opportunities in Louisville, KY is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate receiving, timely counts and proper stock levels. You will coordinate with site management, procurement, sales, and corporate staff to maintain material flow and precise records.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in inventory control, strong Excel and ERP skills, and meticulous attention to detail. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred and good English

Qualifications

5+ years with inventory control required.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
Experience with ERP system required.
Speak conversational English.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor all receiving reports and input material into the inventory management system.
Conduct physical inventory assessments and update the system.
Coordinate with corporate and site teams on purchasing, invoicing, and inventory control to ensure timely material flow and accuracy.
Prepare inventory management reports for leadership and/or sales staff.
Add new raw material items to inventory.
Maintain customer-specific inventories with procurement and sales teams.
Perform daily inventory cycle counts and adjust quantities with approvals.
Review variances and overstock/deleted items; develop depletion plans as needed.
Enter purchase orders and manage subcontracting systems.
