Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Inventory Planning & Replenishment, driving significant improvements in inventory investment, service levels, and operational performance across the enterprise.

The role requires strategic leadership of multiple teams, alignment with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology, and the ability to deliver sustained improvements in productivity and customer availability. Travel may be needed for executive initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in inventory planning, replenishment, supply chain, merchandising, or related analytics.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leadership of managers or large teams.
• Demonstrated success leading inventory performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment, forecasting, and supply chain operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and financial objectives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable inventory planning initiatives.
• Drive improvements in inventory productivity, service levels, and working capital performance.
• Lead multiple teams and establish a high-performance culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Technology to drive inventory performance.
• Lead major transformation initiatives, system implementations, and process redesign efforts.
