Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Manager of Inventory Planning & Replenishment to lead a team of analysts and drive inventory productivity across categories and networks. You will own planning strategies, optimize replenishment, and partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to meet service levels while improving working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in inventory planning, replenishment, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership of projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and replenishment principles.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of IPR Analysts and Senior IPR Analysts and establish performance expectations.
• Drive inventory performance across assigned areas including fill rate and turns.
• Translate objectives into inventory planning strategies and execution plans.
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Store Ops to align priorities.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Guide analytics and reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Lead process improvements and adoption of planning tools.
