USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Inventory Planning & Replenishment to lead a large inventory planning function, shaping strategies to optimize inventory investment and customer service across the enterprise.

The role partners with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Store Operations and Technology to drive performance, improvements in productivity, and organizational capability through strong leadership and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• 8–12 years experience in inventory planning, replenishment, or analytics.
• 3+ years leading managers or large teams.
• Proven success improving inventory performance and service levels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute inventory strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Translate business objectives into actionable planning initiatives.
• Lead multiple teams to drive improvements in productivity and working capital.
