Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Manager of Inventory Management to drive enterprise-level inventory strategy across multiple business segments.

You will lead a team of Demand Planners, Inventory Analysts and Inventory Specialists, partnering with Merchants, Vendors and Distribution Centers to optimize service, working capital and growth. Responsibilities

• Drive inventory replenishment and depth in-stock to meet sales goals.
• Manage supplier relationships and collaborate on forecasting and supplier performance.
• Monitor KPIs: depth in-stock, turn rate, fill rate, on-time performance, forecast accuracy, PO monitoring.
• Lead annual budget planning and inventory forecasting with team.
• Coach and develop analysts; lead cross-functional initiatives and share insights with leadership.
