Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Senior Manager of Inventory Finance to guide FP&A and strategic financial planning for the Inventory team. You will drive forecasting, analytics, and decision-support, influencing cross-functional leaders to maximize margin and performance.

The role requires a proven FP&A leader with strong communication and mentoring skills, capable of shaping long-term financial strategies while delivering near-term results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (or related field) required; MBA or equivalent preferred; and 5-7 years of Finance experience with progressive responsibilities (in retail or multiple-unit business preferred); or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading FP&A, forecasting and financial analysis with ability to model business cases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior management.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning, forecasting and analysis activities across inventory finance and become a decision-support partner for critical business decisions.
• Identify KPIs for inventory productivity and regularly measure them to ensure results align with plans.
• Analyze assumptions behind strategic initiatives to assess financial return and operational impact.
• Provide recommendations for modifications to initiatives and identify risks with proactive solutions.
• Build and manage a team of analysts, developing their financial acumen and performance.
• Partner with business leaders to estimate financial performance of new programs and prioritize strategies.
