Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Inventory Finance to lead FP&A, forecasting, and performance analysis for the inventory organization.

You will partner with procurement, operations and finance to drive strategic initiatives, improve margins and support data-driven decision making. The role requires a strong track record in finance leadership, ability to model complex business cases, and experience in retail or multi-unit environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (or related field) required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5-7 years of Finance experience with progressive responsibilities (retail or multi-unit preferred).
• Proven FP&A leadership, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting and analysis across inventory teams; act as decision-support partner for critical business decisions.
• Analyze assumptions behind strategic initiatives; assess financial return and operational impact; propose modifications.
• Identify risks and provide proactive solutions; develop reports and insights for company leaders.
