Job summary

Better Being Co. in Ogden, UT is seeking a Supply Chain – Planning Manager to lead inventory planning and replenishment, ensuring product availability and high fill rates across channels. You will manage a team of inventory planners and own planning parameters in the MRP system.

You will partner with IT, Procurement, Operations, Sales, and Finance to drive KPI dashboards, continuous improvement, and SOPs while balancing service levels with working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 6+ years of advanced inventory planning or supply chain analytics experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning to ensure product availability and service levels.
• Manage a team of inventory planners and set KPIs.
• Own planning system parameters and governance (MRP).
