Better Being Co. is seeking a Supply Chain - Planning Manager to lead inventory planning, optimize replenishment, and drive process improvements across supply chain teams.

You will oversee a team of planners, manage planning parameters in the MRP system, and establish metrics to improve service, inventory turns, and days on hand. The role requires strong analytical capability, leadership experience, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI; familiarity with SQL/Python is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 6+ years of advanced inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain analytics experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing planning or supply chain teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across multiple data sources.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; SQL/Python familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning to ensure product availability and target service levels.
• Govern planning parameters in the MRP system and maintain safety stock levels, reorder points, and lead times.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor inventory health and planning performance.
• Coach and develop a team of inventory planners and drive performance management.
