Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a Supply Chain - Planning Manager to lead inventory planning and replenishment, ensuring product availability and high fill rates across channels.

You will manage a team of inventory planners, own MRP parameters, and drive continuous process improvements benefiting service levels and inventory turns. The role requires 6+ years in inventory or supply chain analytics, 3+ years of people leadership, and strong Excel and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management or related field.
• 6+ years in advanced inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain analytics.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing planning or supply chain teams.
• Strong analytical and data reconciliation across sources.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools; SQL/Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning to meet service levels and fill rates.
• Develop inventory strategies balancing service, working capital, and risk.
• Monitor inventory health across products, locations, and channels.
• Own governance of planning parameters in MRP systems and audits.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of inventory planners.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to enhance planning systems.
