Job summary

Sysco Arkansas is seeking an Inventory Planner to optimize stock levels and ensure high service levels across aligned suppliers. You will oversee PO accuracy, minimize spoilage and shrink, and implement replenishment strategies with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory management or purchasing, Excel proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail/distribution environment. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Inventory Management/Purchasing experience.
• Experience in retail/wholesale or distribution environments.
• 10,000+ SKUs experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels to balance service levels and costs.
• Manage DSO, aging, and shrink to targets.
• Collaborate with merchandising, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize DPR tool to drive replenishment and KPIs.
• Coordinate with logistics for supply chain efficiency.
• Handle PO pricing, quantities, and issue resolution.
