Job summary

Smithfield Foods in Rogers, AR is seeking an Associate Replenishment Analyst to ensure product availability at distribution centers and stores, develop accurate POS forecasts, and manage replenishment through SAP, the customer system, and Excel. You will support inventory targets, collaborate with Category Planners, and assist in promotions planning to optimize service levels.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, experience with SAP/retail replenishment systems, and the ability to analyze

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Finance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Forecasting and Analysis: establish order forecasts using SAP, customer replenishment system, and Excel; generate demand insights and correct forecast errors.
Inventory Management: monitor in-stocks at DC and store levels; manage inventory thresholds and address overstock or slow-moving items.
Communication and Collaboration: liaison with Category Planners and replenishment teams; participate in meetings with sales managers and replenishment teams; support promotional pricing decisions.
