Job summary

Quince is seeking a Head of Planning to lead inventory planning and forecasting for a defined business portfolio, reporting to the VP of Inventory Planning. You will own forecasting, replenishment, and working capital efficiency while collaborating with merchandising, sourcing, and technology teams to drive enterprise performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Proven passion for inventory planning, forecasting, and analytics with strong data-driven decision making.
• Experience prototyping inventory optimization techniques and delivering scalable tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Forecast items by style-color-size weekly to optimize in-stock and ROI.
• Partner with sourcing and vendors to maximize product availability.
• Collaborate with technology to implement automated forecasting solutions.
• Conduct analytics and root-cause analysis to improve KPIs.
• Build end-to-end inventory and replenishment plans aligned with strategy.
• Present forecasts and performance updates to executives weekly.
• Mentor and grow team members as the function scales.
