Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, network optimization, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing inventory and replenishment strategies to improve service levels and reduce costs.
  • Experience with data analysis, modeling, and scenario planning for supply chain decisions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Commercial).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP, BI, and supply chain planning systems.
  • APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP/CLTD and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead enterprise inventory optimization and network design strategies that improve service, reduce costs, and maximize working capital across the supply chain.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field required.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, network optimization, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience developing inventory and replenishment strategies that improve service levels, reduce costs, and optimize working capital.
  • Experience utilizing data analysis, modeling, and scenario planning to support supply chain and business decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP, business intelligence, and supply chain planning systems.
  • APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

TRAVEL

  • Up to 25% travel, including occasional overnight travel.
