Job summary

Ocean Network Express is seeking an Inventory & Cost Analytics Manager in Iowa to bridge warehouse activity and leadership reporting. You will oversee spare parts inventory, maintain data integrity, and develop advanced dashboards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in related fields, a bachelor’s in a relevant discipline, and strong experience with MS Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools. The position offers on-site work with occasional travel and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in parts management, inventory control, maintenance procurement, or operational data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Data Analytics or related field preferred.
• Experience with cross-system reconciliations and cost optimization a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily parts department operations, including sourcing, receiving, stocking, and auditing.
• Enforce cycle-counting and bi-annual physical audits; identify variances and root causes.
• Design and manage reporting workflows and dashboards with KPIs for the MME teams.
• Analyze PO spend trends and perform total cost of ownership analyses for management.
