Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to organize and maintain our inventory. The role requires strong organizational skills, independence, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in materials and parts handling.

Responsibilities include kitting, entering MRP data, managing raw materials and WIP, overseeing shelf-life items, leading counts, and supporting shipping/receiving on demand. Onsite with M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting preferred.
• 1+ years of fork truck operation in a warehouse environment.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and work orders.
• Attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical kitting of components for mechanical assemblies.
• Perform MRP entries to allocate materials and components used in the production of subparts and assemblies including:
• Raw Materials - Purchased hardware, Cadrex produced subparts, consigned materials.
• Manage MRP and physical inventory of raw materials, purchased parts and WIP.
• Manage all Shelf Life Items (ie adhesives, paints, etc.).
• Manage MRP and physical inventory of fixtures used for CNC Machining, CMM Inspection, and Assembly.
• Lead and participate in routine inventory counts and annual full inventory process.
• Identify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes and results.
• Serve as a primary backup for the shipping /receiving area.
