CADREX Manufacturing Solutions in Massachusetts is seeking an Inventory Coordinator responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, performing physical kitting, and supporting MRP entries for production. The role requires detail orientation, ability to read prints, and familiarity with high-volume manufacturing.

Onsite in MA with Mon-Fri schedule; health coverage and 401(k) are among company benefits.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ related experience in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to perform basic math in all units of measure.
  • Ability to read and interpret prints and work orders.
  • Attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical kitting of components for mechanical assemblies.
  • Perform MRP entries to allocate materials and components used in production.
  • Manage shelf life items (adhesives, paints, etc.).
  • Manage MRP and physical inventory of fixtures for CNC machining, CMM inspection, and assembly.
  • Lead and participate in routine inventory counts and annual inventory process.
  • Identify gaps in inventory processes and address them.
  • Capture packaging photos for WIP and finished parts.
  • Backup creation of shipping documents.
  • Backup for shipping/receiving area.

Cadrex is searching for an Inventory Coordinator who will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and be detail oriented.

OVERVIEW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform physical kitting of components for mechanical assemblies
  • Perform MRP entries to allocate materials and components used in the production of subparts and assemblies including:
  • Raw Materials - Purchased hardware, Cadrex Southampton produced subparts, consigned materials
  • Manage all Shelf Life Items (ie adhesives, paints, etc.)
  • Manage MRP and physical inventory of fixtures used for CNC Machining, CMM Inspection, and Assembly
  • Lead and participate in routine inventory counts and annual full inventory process
  • Identify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes and results
  • Use assigned devices to take and save pictures of required packaging for WIP and finished parts
  • Serve as primary backup for creation of shipping documents
  • Serve as a primary backup for the shipping /receiving area
Requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years’ related experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting preferred
  • Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to read and interpret prints and work orders
  • Attention to detail and quality
