Job summary

Medaltus seeks an Inventory & Supply Chain Specialist to oversee forecasting, purchasing, and fulfillment readiness across Medaltus and Ozlee Brands. You will manage inventory for resale/service models and coordinate end-to-end supply chains for Skinuva and eraclea lines.

You’ll partner with executives to optimize stock, lead times, and costs, using data and tech to improve visibility. The ideal candidate blends analytical prowess with ownership, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or supply-chain roles.
• Experience coordinating with multiple partners and vendors.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to work across brands and channels.

Responsibilities

• Forecast inventory needs and place purchase orders for multiple sales channels.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales velocity, lead times, and stock coverage.
• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain across brand partners and providers.
• Own inventory readiness for new products including launch planning.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor lead times, and production schedules.
• Allocate and rebalance inventory across warehouses and fulfillment networks.
• Coordinate packaging changes, international distribution, and kit/bundle management.
