Job summary

Fleur du Mal is seeking a Manager, Planning to drive inventory productivity across E-commerce and Retail. You will manage replenishment, Open-to-Buy, and seasonal buys, translating sales data into actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Allocation, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, and Marketing to optimize product flow. The role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to balance financial targets with brand and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory planning, allocation, or related retail planning.
• Strong understanding of Open-to-Buy, replenishment, inventory management, and retail KPIs.
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting merchandise buys across E-commerce and brick-and-mortar.
• Strong knowledge of size-level selling, weeks of supply, sell-through, stock-to-sales, and markdown management.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Toolio or GoodDay ERP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to balance financial objectives with merchandising and customer considerations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Identify replenishment opportunities based on projected weeks of supply and sales trends.
• Analyze sales and inventory by size to determine recut quantities and size ratios.
• Monitor sell-through, stock-to-sales, weeks of supply and performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Recommend replenishment actions across retail stores to maximize sales.
• Proactively identify stock-outs and excess inventory and optimize availability.
• Partner in managing Open-to-Buy and reforecasting based on performance.
• Support seasonal E-commerce and Retail merch buys with data-driven insights.
• Provide store-level insights to inform quantity, assortment breadth, and depth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning with sales and cash flow targets.
• Maintain planning tools and help improve processes for accuracy and efficiency.
