Job summary

Bare Home seeks a Demand & Inventory Planning Manager to own demand forecasting across marketplace channels and optimize inventory across a multi-tier supply chain. This hands-on, individual contributor role centers on SKU-level forecasting, safety stock, and replenishment decisions.

You’ll partner with buying, logistics, and marketplace teams to translate plans into in-stock availability, while managing forecasts in Slimstock and aligning with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in demand planning or inventory planning
• Hands-on experience building forecasts and owning forecast accuracy
• Advanced Excel skills with data modeling
• Experience with Slimstock or similar systems
• Must be able to work on-site daily in Minnesota

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts in Slimstock
• Track forecast accuracy and adjust models as needed
• Set safety stock and reorder points across the supply network
• Collaborate with buying, logistics, and marketplace teams
• Refine Slimstock parameters to reflect real lead times
