Job summary

SupportFinity™ seeks an experienced operations professional to own the order management lifecycle and ensure accurate inventory positioning. You will translate demand signals into fulfillment, coordinating with Inventory, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service to maintain OTIF performance.

The role requires 6–8 years in order management or related roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and hands-on ERP/EDI experience (NetSuite preferred) with advanced Excel and BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years in order management, customer operations, inventory control, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, service levels, lead times, and replenishment logic.
• Experience with ERP/EDI environments and NetSuite preferred.
• Advanced Excel and BI skills; ability to build operational dashboards.
• Detail oriented with ownership mindset and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order fulfillment, including entry, validation, and shipping coordination.
• Review and revise orders in ERP/EDI systems and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor order tracking and support distributors to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with 3PL and internal teams to maintain OTIF performance.
• Manage order exceptions, substitutions, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Prepare and maintain operations reports and dashboards on order processing and inventory.
• Collaborate with Sales and Production Planning to align inventory with commitments.
