Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management/Procurement or equivalent.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; proficient in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong data analytical skills – ability to research, identify requirements, gather, clean, analyze, and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of items and categories in supply and demand planning software to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor and improve forecast accuracy for demand and transit times.
• Manage and track purchase/transfer orders across all stages to ensure timely inventory receipt.
• Develop Excel or BI reports and presentations for inventory management and KPIs.
• Support KPI improvements for fill rate, surplus/shortfall, on-time shipments.
• Collaborate with sales and category management to incorporate new opportunities into demand planning.
