Job summary

Batory Foods is seeking a Supply Planner to join our Rosemont, IL-based Supply Chain Planning team. This onsite role focuses on strategic inventory planning to drive sales, optimize turns, and achieve order fill targets.

You will support the Supply Chain Manager and Director to execute the inventory planning vision. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in Inventory Management, strong S&OP/IBP knowledge, and excellent Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field or five years of equivalent experience in supply chain within a food ingredient or food manufacturing business.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Inventory Management.
• Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain (S&OP/IBP planning).
• Strong working knowledge of demand planning process within the Food and Beverage industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory by balancing supply and demand to maximize service levels.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing working capital within goals.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective stock replenishment from suppliers to warehouses.
• Create, align, and execute supply plans for supply efficiency.
• Provide daily updates on supplier and PO status to stakeholders.
