Job summary

OX Tools is seeking a Demand Planner to drive accurate demand forecasting and inventory planning at our Henrietta, NY office. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to develop reliable demand plans that minimize stockouts while maximizing product availability.

The role emphasizes data analysis, forecasting, and continuous improvement of planning processes using ERP and BI tools. This position requires 3+ years in demand planning and a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, or related field.
3+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, data visualization.
Experience with forecasting software (NetSuite, NetStock).
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain rolling forecasts using statistical models and BI tools.
Analyze historical sales, market trends, and seasonality to identify patterns.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to align demand and budget.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain to avoid overstock or stockouts.
Lead monthly S&OP meetings and present forecast insights.
