BG Foods in Parsippany, NJ seeks a Demand Planner to develop and operate a demand and inventory plan across food categories, partnering with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

You will generate monthly forecasts using the planning system, lead consensus meetings with Marketing and Sales, analyze forecast variances, support S&OP processes, and drive forecasting improvements and documentation.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in demand planning or inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Experience with DRP/MRP and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to perform extensive spreadsheet analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Generate monthly demand forecasts using the demand planning system.
• Lead Consensus Forecast meetings with Marketing and Sales.
• Analyze forecast variances and communicate them to leadership.
• Support S&OP processes with data and analysis.
• Coordinate demand planning for new product introductions.
• Maintain documentation for demand planning processes.
