Sysco Corp. is seeking a seasoned Inventory Management professional in Houston to drive replenishment, optimize DSO, and lead forecasting for seasonal events. You will train teams, collaborate with cross-functional groups and suppliers, and utilize DPR to achieve KPI targets across 4,000+ SKUs.

The role requires strong Excel skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute procurement processes in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Inventory Management/Purchasing experience.
• Experience in retail, wholesale or distribution environments.
• Proficiency with DPR and managing 10,000+ SKUs.

Mansioni

• Maintain inventory levels while maximizing customer service.
• Manage Inventory DSO, aged, obsolete, spoilage, and shrink.
• Forecast and plan demand for events, shifts, and seasonality with COE.
• Train planning team on procurement processes and corporate guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to improve efficiency.
• Demonstrate advanced use of DPR via dashboards and KPIs.
• Manage 4,000+ SKU count across multiple operating companies.
• Execute timely purchasing of new items and changes.
• Respond to market conditions within corporate guidelines.
• Understand and manage commodity purchasing dynamics.
• Drive enterprise initiatives.
