• Proficient Excel skills and ability to analyze data to drive replenishment decisions.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders on product service gaps and opportunities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across the enterprise to optimize inventory levels.
• Attention to detail and thorough follow-up to ensure accuracy in orders and records.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of product forecasting and demand planning practices.

Responsibilities

• Take strategic action to maintain inventory levels while maximizing customer service levels.
• Manage inventory DSO, aged, obsolete inventory, spoilage and shrink to meet company goals.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams, suppliers, and other functions.
• Demonstrate proficiency with DPR tools to drive KPI performance.
• Work with logistics to maximize supply chain efficiencies.
• Collaborate with inbound planning to optimize receiving/warehousing.
• Manage SKU count and resolve replenishment issues.
• Ensure purchasing of new items and proper system setup.
