Qualifications

• 3+ years in Inventory Management or Purchasing in a retail, wholesale or distribution environment.
• Experience managing inventory levels, DSO, spoilage, shrink, and supplier collaboration.
• Proficient with Excel and able to work cross-functionally across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels while maximizing service levels.
• Manage Inventory DSO, aged, obsolete, spoilage and shrink to meet company goals.
• Collaborate with local, market and corporate teams, suppliers, and other functions.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Manhatten DPR to drive KPI dashboards and performance.
• Work with logistics to maximize supply chain efficiencies.
• Coordinate with inbound planning to optimize receiving and warehousing.
• Manage SKU count (2,300–4,000 vendor direct; 3,500+ redistributed) and resolve replenishment issues.
• Ensure POs are priced and issued correctly; process special requests (NISR/MSR) promptly.
