Job summary

LVT (LiveView Technologies) seeks an Operations Controller to own the accounting backbone behind growing manufacturing and inventory operations at our American Fork, UT headquarters. You will ensure GAAP compliance, manage inventory, cost accounting, and fixed assets, and partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, or manufacturing/plant accounting.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge with strong costing and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with a major ERP/accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accounting and reconcile related general ledger accounts monthly.
• Lead inventory variance analysis and work with Operations to resolve root causes.
• Oversee cycle counting and year-end physical inventory processes end-to-end.
• Manage annual standard cost updates for labor, overhead, and materials.
• Assist fixed asset accounting for assets converting from inventory.
• Lead accounting aspects of the Oracle ERP project for BOMs and cost setups.
• Own portions of monthly/annual close for inventory, COGS, and fixed assets.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
