Job summary

LDV, Inc. in Burlington, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Controller to direct the organization's financial planning and accounting practices, reporting to the General Manager with support from the CFO.

The role leads the accounting team, ensures accurate monthly results, compliance with federal and state requirements, and supports senior leadership with KPI analysis and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from a four-year college or university.
• Five or more years of supervisory accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct the organization's financial planning and accounting practices.
• Oversee accounting staff and ERP system.
• Prepare and present monthly financial results to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local filing requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage treasury functions and payroll.
