Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA and/or public accounting background preferred.
• Minimum 10 years progressive accounting experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, treasury, AP/AR, and inventory.
• Own month-end and year-end close with accruals and journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements and lender reporting packages.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.
• Manage sales tax compliance, filings, and audits.
• Lead a two-person accounting team and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and leadership.
