Job summary

LVT (LiveView Technologies) seeks a Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain Management to scale operations and drive efficiency for next-gen intelligent site technology. You will lead procurement, inventory control, and a dedicated team across facilities in Spanish Fork, Utah, with travel to suppliers.

You will collaborate with R&D on NPI, optimize inventory investment, and implement robust ERP processes to support rapid manufacturing growth and cost-effective sourcing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in supply chain, procurement, and inventory management in hardware/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to train, grow, and lead multi-tiered teams.
• Experience partnering with R&D and engineering in NPI projects.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Mastery of ERP tools to enable scalable inventory and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor procurement and inventory leadership to drive excellence.
• Design and refine end-to-end supply chain processes and ERP usage.
• Optimize inventory investment with demand planning and safety stock.
• Collaborate with R&D early in product development for cost-effective sourcing.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans and evaluate suppliers and terms.
• Establish KPIs and conduct supplier performance reviews.
• Analyze market trends and mitigate supply risks.
• Report quarterly targets on margin, turns and landed costs.
