84 Lumber is seeking an Inventory/Accounts Payable support professional to assist the Director of Inventory and Accounts Payable with AP aging reviews, vendor checks, and inventory coordination at the Eighty Four facility. The role emphasizes accuracy, data management, and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and summarizes A/P aging and A/P adjustment reports for leadership.
• Prepares A/P vendor checks.
• Schedules store inventories and prepares informational packets.
• Maintains physical inventory files.
• Creates A/P vendor codes.
• Reviews and summarizes data from store discount reports.
• Conducts research and maintains spreadsheets for special files.
• Reconciles statements for high volume vendors.
• Adjusts pre-payment invoices.
• Reviews RGA's for outstanding shrink.
